We are a team of professionally trained educators with over 25 years of experience working with children, parents, and teachers. We utilize our training and experience in education to set up actionable coaching plans for parents with a variety of goals for their children and families.
It is important to us that all families walk away from coaching with a clear sense of how to address their challenges, why these strategies work, and how to celebrate their victories along the way

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your barriers and use them to develop individualized strategies for you and your family.
Our workshops are topic specific and will provide education around behaviors and why our strategies work for these problem areas. For each workshop, parents will have the opportunity to interact with our coaches, ask questions, and gather tools to use at home with their families.
Private coaching sessions will begin with an intake session to determine your families goals. After our intake session, our team of coaches will develop a plan based on your needs. Session time and number will vary, but each plan will provide you with individualized strategies and tools to move you towards your goal.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment to implementing new strategies with your child consistently.
